Learn InterCom in crisis situation

Corona Virus teaches us on how to handle crisis. A well placed internal communications will certainly help companies/ organisations – including country- to manage the crisis relatively better. People in differents functions are aware of things to be done, informations exchanged quickly, everyone knows which information to be delivered and when, how to deliver them and to whom, while responding to any queries in time. These skills and system are not materialized over night and internal communications is not directed by any particular functions – only at the top with strategic authority. It needs to have a wider view of organisation not merely the view of certain functions, for it to execute its jobs effectively. Thus, communications internally cannot be activated only when crisis hits, it has to become the way of life within the organisation, that is built over time.
